Arabica coffee

The arábicas coffees are characterized by their extended grains, their delicate aromas, their persistent and slightly acid flavors, their afrutado taste and its body aim, subtle and aterciopelados

The color of crude grains is generally green (green bluish for the greenish washings and for the natural ones.They have greater sugar and oil content, as well as an exhaustive selection and classification of the grains that the robust ones. They are always cultivated in high lands: between 800 and 2.000 meters on the level of the sea. They are the coffees but appreciated by the coffee experts. They have a low caffein content, around 1%. They are more expensive than the robust coffees and they quote daily in stock-market of New York.
